Shipping Policy

Our orders take up to 7 business days to fulfill. Once fulfilled, your orders will be shipped out to you. We send all of our customers tracking information to track your Sweetie's Coffee.

Return & Exchange Policy

All coffee orders are final orders. If a coffee order was shipped out in error (Sweetie's error), we will replace customer's order with correct order.
